Communities are spaces dedicated to an interest or subject. Open Communities, choose a space, read its description and rules, and select Join. You can leave from the same community page. Following a person and joining a community are separate choices.
Your reputation can change as contributions and their recognition are updated or moderation decisions are applied. A vote does not promise a fixed increase or an immediate update. Focus on useful participation; exchanging votes, spam and attempts to manipulate reputation are not a way to build trust.
Use the report action on a post or reply that may break the rules. You can hide posts and block accounts using the available menus. Manage blocked accounts and content visibility in Settings. Adult content is hidden by default and requires opting in.

Mushimu is a social network built around communities and conversations. Discover shared interests, publish posts, reply to other people and follow the voices you want to hear from. You can explore public content before creating an account.
Explore helps you discover interests. For You combines relevant activity and discovery; Following focuses on people and communities you follow. Latest shows recent posts, while Trending highlights conversations gaining momentum. Use search to find a topic.

Open the community creation page to check whether your account is eligible. Access depends on your account history and reputation. Choose a clear topic, an informative description and rules that help members participate.
Choose the right community for your post, give it a clear title and add useful context. Reply to continue a conversation and vote to express your assessment of a contribution. Read the community rules before publishing and avoid spam or repeated posts.
