Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Mushimu. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. Information you provide must be accurate, including your date of birth. You are responsible for your account, its credentials and activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Using Mushimu

You may use Mushimu to participate in communities and conversations. You must not use the service to break the law, threaten or harass others, exploit minors, impersonate others, distribute malware or spam, evade enforcement, interfere with the service, collect data without authorization, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mushimu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content solely as needed to operate, improve and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. You may remove your content where the product provides that capability, although copies may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.

Moderation

We may review, restrict, label or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the community or service, or comply with law. Community moderators may enforce additional community rules. You may report content through the available reporting tools.

Service availability

Mushimu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mushimu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any liability is limited as required by applicable law. These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Mushimu evolves. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
