Steam beta tackles Remote Play latency and Steam Deck Bluetooth drops

Valve’s October 1 Steam Client update is in the Preview/Beta channel. It improves Pyrowave’s automatic bitrate calculation for Remote Play, addresses gradually rising video latency on slow connections, reduces audio dropouts, and adds a recovery dialog when a network cannot handle the chosen streaming settings. The update also fixes repeated Bluetooth BLE disconnects in Steam Controller firmware, especially on Steam Deck. This is still a beta-channel release, not a stable update.
